About

I live in a quite country town in outback NSW. I live in a quite street which is an improvement on the old house I lived in was on the main highway so I have to put up with the trucks going past all the time. It’s wasn't that bad, it’s a little like living next to a train line in the cities, you just get used to it and you don’t notice it after a while.

Before living here I was living in Esperance, in Western Australia and I was only a 2 minutes walk from the beach which was great in summer. The only thing is that now that I’m living in outback NSW it gets very hot of a summer, in fact temps of over 40 can last many days and even weeks at a time. The house I’m in is air conditioned but everyone knows it’s not cheap running an air con all the time. I have moved just about all my things out of Melbourne with only a handful of stuff still down there. I have to workout just how to get the rest of my things up here as what’s left isn’t going to fit inside my little car and I’ll need a truck or a car with a trailer to move it. I’m thinking of just trying to sell what’s down there instead of bring them up here.
